To start the process we will get you to fill in a quick questionnaire in order to understand your needs, your goals, your likes and dislikes. We will also outline what we need from you.
This meeting will give us a better understanding of your business. It’s where we get to know each other to determine if we are a good fit and get clear on the details of what’s important to you.
We will provide a detailed quotation based on your selected package and this becomes the contract we can both refer back to at any time. Knowing your costs upfront makes the whole process clearer.
We will now get started on designing and/or building your project. You provide the requested content, then review our work. Depending on the package chosen we will present revisions if necessary.
Once everything is approved we will make your website live or supply you with your logo/branding files. You can now begin to use your website or branding to promote your business.
If we have built you a website, it is important to keep it up to date to avoid any functionality or security risks. We can look after this for you with our maintenance and care plan.
